REFUNDS

  • All refunds must be requested with 2 business days of receiving any item. The hair must be unused and in its original form! Buyer pays for shipping on return!

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

  • L.H.Z.G Enterprises is NOT responsible for any lost, or stolen packages! Once items are shipped the buyer possesses control  over the purchased items. The buyer agrees to these terms by paying for shipping at the end of check out.
  • Tracking numbers will be sent out via within 48-72 hours after receiving payment.

Processing Payment

  • Once payment is processed by Shopify ALL orders will be processed within 24 hours after receiving payment!
